Return & Refund Policy
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you receive a damaged, leaking, wrong, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• To claim a replacement/refund, share clear photos or an unboxing video on:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Fragrance liking/disliking is subjective, so personal preference is not eligible for return.
